We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the Fall 2025 Northeastern Vancouver Tech Career Fair! This premier event, now in its 7th iteration, brings together the brightest tech talent from our campus, including both co-op students and new graduates, ready to make an impact in the industry.
As an employer, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with highly skilled and motivated students and alumni who are eager to contribute to your organization. Whether you’re looking for co-op students to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas or new graduates ready to jumpstart their careers, you’ll find exceptional candidates here!
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2025
Setup Opens: 8:30AM onwards
Welcome Session and Networking: 9:30AM - 10:30AM (coffee and light refreshments will be provided)
Student Early Access to Career Fair: 10:30AM -11:30AM (e.g. student volunteers, student staff, alumni, accessibility request access)
Lunch for Partners: 11:00AM - 2:00PM
Group A Students Arrive: 11:30AM - 1:30PM (2hrs)
Group B Students Arrive: 1:30AM - 3:30PM (2hrs)
Tear Down: 3:30PM - 4:00PM
Location: 410 Georgia Street, Deloitte Summit Building
- There is no registration fee for participating employers
- Tables, WiFi, and power supply will be provided
- Space is limited to 35 employer partners: registration deadline is Friday, September 12, 2025
- Next steps related to Tech Career Fair will be shared with employer partners who register to attend
