Hosted by the Alberta Chambers of Commerce, in partnership with the Alberta Employment First Network (AEFN), and supported by the Government of Alberta and the Government of Canada.

• 11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Employer Set-up
• 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Lunch
• 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Job Fair (open to job seekers)

Following this year's IDEA Conference, this event connects employers with talented, motivated job seekers who experience barriers to employment — individuals ready to bring valuable skills, experience, and fresh perspectives to your workplace.

Free to attend — there is no cost for participating employers, and organizations do not need a formal diversity, equity, or inclusion (DEI) program in place to take part. Inclusive hiring training and resources will be provided in advance to help you feel prepared and confident engaging with candidates.
