This is an in-person event. You will meet candidates face-to-face at your booth.

- Set up 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Lunch 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
- Job Fair 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
What to bring: company signage, brochures, business cards, or any recruitment materials you'd like to display. Bring materials in accessible formats where possible (e.g. large print).
Cost: Free — no fee to reserve a booth.
Ideal for: any employer currently hiring or building a talent pipeline, regardless of whether you have a formal DEI program in place.
